Druce & Co Rebranding

Repositioning a 200-year property brand for a new era

Brand Strategy | Repositioning | Brand Story | Culture | Visual Identity | Creative Direction | Brand Governance

A complete brand transformation from strategy to execution.

With a heritage dating back to 1822, Druce already carried strong recognition and credibility. The challenge was to evolve that legacy into a more relevant, differentiated and future-focused proposition without losing the trust built over generations.

I led the rebrand across both strategic and creative development, building the brand story, positioning, vision, mission, belief system, value proposition, identity framework and application standards.

The result was not simply a new look. It was a new platform for how Druce presented itself to customers, employees and the market.

Modernising heritage without losing trust

Druce needed to move beyond the traditional estate agency model and communicate a broader ambition: becoming a lifelong property partner that supports customers through acquisition, ownership, and management.

The rebrand therefore had to solve two challenges at once.

Preserve the credibility of a long-established business while creating a much more contemporary proposition.

Build a brand system that connects customer experience, services, culture, and communications under one idea.
