One Global Group

Building a Regional Marketing & Consultancy Platform

Brand Strategy | APAC Marketing | Corporate Communications | Presales | CRM | Creative Direction

One of the most formative projects of my career.

During my four years at One Global, my role evolved far beyond campaign execution. As the business expanded across Asia and into new service verticals, I led the development of marketing systems, communications and commercial tools that helped translate a growing business into one coherent brand and market proposition.

The work connected corporate positioning, regional marketing, developer campaigns, PR, digital, events, CRM, sales enablement and creative direction into a repeatable framework that could support both business development and customer acquisition.

Scaling the marketing capability alongside the business.

One Global was evolving from a boutique Singapore property agency into a broader regional business with multiple offices, service lines, international developers and customer segments.

The challenge was not simply to generate more marketing activity. We needed to clarify what the company stood for, how its growing range of services connected, how the business presented itself to partners and developers, and how it could consistently bring international projects to market across Asia.

Business architecture

Building the Brand & Commercial Proposition - Turning a growing business into a coherent proposition.

I helped shape the marketing architecture around One Global's expanding business, translating a broad mix of services into a clearer corporate story and consistent customer experience.

This included corporate positioning, brand standards, websites, brochures, service narratives, presentation systems and business development materials used across leadership, sales and external partners.

Marketing was designed around how the business actually sold.

Rather than treating marketing as a standalone communications function, I worked around the complete commercial journey, connecting audience acquisition, events, partnerships, sales teams and customer conversion.

Different projects required different routes to market, from private seminars and regional launches to channel partnerships, direct customer acquisition and ongoing integrated campaigns.

From Marketing Activity to Marketing System

Developed campaign planning around a structured customer journey rather than disconnected marketing channels.

Plan: define the audience, proposition, market and channel strategy.

Reach: build awareness across paid, owned, earned and partner channels.

Act: create meaningful interactions through content, events and lead magnets.

Engage: qualify intent and understand customer requirements.

Convert: connect marketing activity with the sales process and measurable commercial outcomes.

This framework was supported by campaign budgeting, regional distribution, CRM, dedicated sales resources and One Global's wider partner network.

Regional Campaign Execution

Strategy only matters if it survives execution.

I led integrated project marketing programmes across APAC, translating one commercial strategy into multiple customer touchpoints while maintaining a consistent narrative and brand experience across markets.

Marketing Technology & Commercial Integration

Connecting Marketing With Sales

A key part of the marketing infrastructure was One Global Connect, a bespoke system that connected project marketing with operational and sales activities.

Its functionality spanned website management, event registration, project information, and customer transactions, creating a more connected journey between marketing activity and the commercial team.

The wider marketing model was supported by dedicated regional sales teams, sales progression, project websites, event spaces and partner networks, allowing campaigns to move beyond awareness into actual customer acquisition and conversion.
